Metal carpentry

Qmech srl is specialized in the production of metal carpentry according to design.

The dedicated area is equipped with independent welding stations, equipped with a suction system and equipped for the execution of welding procedures with certified personnel and in accordance with the main international codes.

The following non-destructive tests are normally carried out on welding, for which we can issue technical documentation:

• Visual checks
• Penetrant liquid tests
• Magnetic particle inspections
• Ultrasonic checks
• X-ray checks

Qmech also makes use of proven partnerships, which enable it to integrate its own machine park, so as to be able to offer a range of processes useful for the complete satisfaction of the needs of the production sectors in which we operate.



Sandblasting and Painting

Qmech has a special department dedicated to sandblasting and painting:

• Sandblasting chamber 6000 x 6000 x 5000
• Sandblasting chamber 1500 x 1500 x 1000
• Painting chamber 6000 x 6000 x 5000

The company is also equipped with all the necessary instruments (such as roughness meter, Dew Point sensor, etc.) to verify the correct execution according to the customer's technical specifications. Each cycle performed is also accompanied by a Painting Report.

Qmech performs painting and sandblasting cycles, both on new components made internally and in the case of restorations carried out on components or machine parts.
