Qmech is a Tuscan company in Central Italy, in the province of Lucca, specialized in commissioned work for third parties including turning, boring, construction of mechanical components, welded carpentry, revamping of industrial machinery and medium and large-scale assembly.

Qmech srl creates medium and large-sized mechanical constructions in the Oil, Energy, Paper, Cardboard, Logistics, Naval and General Mechanics sectors.

The company covers an area of 3000 m2, of which 2000 are dedicated to the processing of parts and 1000 to assembly and warehouse.

From drawing to mechanical detail

A broad technical know-how and vast experience allow us to accurately follow all the production phases and to execute "in a workmanlike manner" all the production processes from the design to the delivery of the part.

The various phases, from design to production, such as mechanical processing, heat treatments, coatings, sandblasting, painting, assembly and final testing, are always accompanied by specific reports to guarantee the high quality of our products and services.

Our typical processes are the creation of prototypes and small series, and the restoration of industrial machinery.

In addition to its own Technical Office, Qmech collaborates with specialized design studios, and this allows it to present itself on the market not only as a subcontractor, but as a partner capable of managing all work phases. The technical staff offers its consultancy during the design and prototyping of equipment, machinery and groups.

The technical staff offers its consultancy during design and prototyping, while the organized logistics department takes care of the procurement of materials and the management of the production process, to guarantee the supply of parts that perfectly reflect customer requests.
